Credit Card Authorization & No Refund Policy

By booking any service with Fred’s Mobile Car Wash & Auto Detailing LLC, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

All sales are final. Due to the time, labor, travel, scheduling, and materials involved in mobile detailing services, NO REFUNDS will be issued under any circumstances once services have been scheduled, started, or completed.
 

Customers authorize Fred’s Mobile Car Wash & Auto Detailing LLC to charge the provided payment method for all agreed-upon services, fees, add-ons, travel charges, booking fees, excessive cleaning fees, and applicable processing charges.
 

A non-refundable 4% credit card processing fee will be added to all card transactions.
 

By submitting payment, the customer agrees NOT to initiate, dispute, reverse, or file a chargeback against any transaction related to services provided by Fred’s Mobile Car Wash & Auto Detailing LLC, regardless of personal opinion, dissatisfaction, outcome expectations, misunderstandings, or perceived results after service completion.
 

Any fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks may result in additional collection fees, legal action, administrative costs, attorney fees, and permanent refusal of future services.
 

Customer acknowledges that automotive detailing results may vary depending on vehicle condition, age, paint damage, staining, oxidation, prior neglect, environmental exposure, and other pre-existing conditions beyond company control.
 

By booking service, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to all terms listed above.
