Service Policies & Additional Charges

To ensure a smooth and professional detailing experience, customers are required to remove all personal belongings from their vehicle prior to their scheduled appointment. Fred’s Mobile Car Wash & Auto Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items left inside the vehicle before, during, or after service. Vehicles containing excessive personal items may be subject to an additional $50–$75 organizational and repacking fee depending on the condition and time required.

For safety and liability reasons, glove box contents will not be removed, disturbed, or cleaned around. Customers are also required to remove child safety seats before the appointment if cleaning underneath the seats is requested. Our team is not certified to reinstall child car seats according to manufacturer safety specifications.

Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning beyond normal detailing conditions may incur additional charges. This includes heavy pet hair, excessive stains, sand, mud, food spills, smoke residue, bodily fluids, mold, trash buildup, or severe interior neglect. Deep interior restoration services are billed based on severity, labor time, vehicle size, and condition.

All surcharge assessments are determined during the detailing process based on actual vehicle condition and labor required.

Large truck canopies, tool compartments, enclosed utility storage areas, and work truck cargo sections are generally not included in standard detailing packages due to limited accessibility and equipment obstructions. Cleaning of these specialty areas is available upon request for an additional charge.

Property Damage & Mobile Service Liability

By booking service with Fred’s Mobile Car Wash & Auto Detailing LLC, the customer acknowledges and accepts the unique nature of mobile detailing services. Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fred’s Mobile Car Wash & Auto Detailing LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or costs — including attorney fees — arising from mobile detailing services performed on-site.

Due to the fully mobile nature of our business, customers understand that detailing services performed at residential, commercial, apartment, marina, or neighboring properties may involve inherent risks associated with water usage, equipment operation, hoses, generators, pressure washers, chemicals, and vehicle movement. By scheduling service, the customer voluntarily assumes these risks and agrees that Fred’s Mobile Car Wash & Auto Detailing LLC shall not be held liable for incidental or consequential property-related damages unless caused by gross negligence.
